This role is key to maintaining a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment while delivering excellent customer service to our members and guests.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to:

• Welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Ensure club dress codes are consistently maintained and communicated respectfully.
• Delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service to all patrons
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the lobby and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with legal entry requirements

About you 

• Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
• Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment 
  
• Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional grooming and presentation 
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
