About the Role

This role is ideal for a Demi Chef eager to further develop their culinary skills while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen environment. You will take pride in food presentation, maintain the highest standards of hygiene, and play an important role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with standard recipes, ensuring consistency and excellent presentation across all sections
• Working closely with senior chefs and the Front of House team to support efficient service and a seamless guest experience
• Supporting kitchen operations during service by multitasking effectively and performing well under pressure without compromising quality
• Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and WHS policies to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Contributing positively to the team and supporting colleagues to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction

About you

• Full working rights in Australia 
• Formal Qualifications in Commercial Cookery
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure without compromising on quality
• Current Safe Food Handling Certification
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knowledge of HACCP
• Outstanding communication skills
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
