We have exciting opportunities for Club Attendants to join our team at The Lakemba Club, one of the venues within the Canterbury Group. About the Role This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities across the Club, including opportunities to work in the gaming area, bistro, reception, bar, and café. Key duties include: - Delivering exceptional customer service to all patrons and guests
- Greeting and welcoming members and visitors to the Club
- Promoting and upselling products and membership services
- Assisting with patron enquiries and providing accurate information on Club activities
- Taking and serving orders via tray or bar service
- Preparing food and beverages in the café
- Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the Club’s presentation standards are upheld
About You - Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
