As a Greeting Attendant, you will be part of the Security team and serve as the first point of contact for Canterbury's members and guests. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a warm welcome and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the Club at all times.

About the Role…

In this hands-on role you will be responsible for but, are not limited to:

• Greet customers in a polite and professional manner
• Check identification for all patrons entering the club
• Ensure customers adhere to dress code requirements
• Monitor the movement of all personnel entering and exiting the premises
• Assist patrons with helpful advice and guidance around the Club
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Previous customer service experience (desired, but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills
• High standard of personal presentation
• Ability to remain calm and maintain a sense of control in difficult situations
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hour, 7 day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
