About the Role

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities across the Club, including opportunities to work in the gaming area, bistro, reception, bar, and café.

Key duties include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all patrons and guests
• Greeting and welcoming members and visitors to the Club
• Promoting and upselling products and membership services
• Assisting with patron enquiries and providing accurate information on Club activities
• Taking and serving orders via tray or bar service
• Preparing food and beverages in the café
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the Club’s presentation standards are upheld

About You

• Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential) 
• Full working rights in Australia 
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role 
• Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment 
• Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Exceptional grooming and presentation 
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
