Canterbury League Club is seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Attendants to join our busy kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment and enjoys supporting a fast-paced hospitality operation.

About the Role

• Maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen in line with Canterbury’s standards of excellence
• Assisting the Chef team with preparation and general kitchen duties
• Ensuring safe work practices with a particular focus on Work, Health and Safety
• Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing facilities and associated kitchen equipment
• Demonstrate understanding of food safety and Work, Health and Safety standards

About you

• Full working rights in Australia 
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both autonomously and also in a team environment
• Safe Food Handling Certification
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
