Canterbury League Club is seeking reliable and customer-focused Security & Customer Relations Officers to join our team. This role is key to maintaining a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment while delivering excellent customer service to our members and guests. Canterbury is one of Sydney’s leading hospitality destinations, Canterbury League Club operates across three venues and is committed to delivering exceptional experiences through our world-class facilities and talented staff. About the Role In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to: - Providing and delivering friendly and efficient service and guidance to members and visitors around the Club
- Maintaining Club access protocols and responding appropriately
- Supporting the management of various incidents including documentation where required
- Providing first aid assistance to patrons and visitors when required
About You - Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in a Security or conflict resolution role
- Current Class 1 (a) Full Security License
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Club or similar Hospitality Venue experience
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Knowledge of WH&S Regulations
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
