Canterbury League Club is seeking enthusiastic Gaming Attendants to join our team with the opportunity to apply for training in a variety of job roles on the Gaming floor such as back of house bar duties, cashier, engage host and much more. About the Role In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to: - Maintaining the general cleanliness and presentation of all Gaming service areas
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our patrons and guests
- Assisting patron enquiries and providing accurate information on club activities
- Processing and delivering customer orders
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and responsible service of gambling practices
About You - Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
